Change background color

I am trying to change the background colour of the dropdown services menu from black to white and the text in the dropdown from white to black. I have tried several CSS codes according to information I found in the forums, but nothing is working. I also got some code from Jetpack but this didn’t work either. Can someone please help me with this.
