Don’t double post, it doesn’t help. If it’s in the wrong section a mod can move your thread to the correct place.

Give this a read to change your site URL.

Personally, I find it easiest to update via a theme’s functions.php file.

update_option('siteurl','https://example.com/blog');
update_option('home','https://example.com/blog');

Replace example.com/blog with your politicalbyline.com.

Once you’ve successfully updated the option that way you can remove those new lines from your functions.php file.

Also make a backup copy before you edit any of your files just in case.
