I need to clean my site from spams…. VERY Urgent.

Hello,

i got my website: https://www.bitetheapple.tk de-indexed from more than 1 month.
it was hacked & i found some spam links on it. i have more than 37.000 Post on it + 300.000 comment
so it was so hard to track all the spams.
anyhow when i cheaked this url: https://web-sniffer.net/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bitetheapple.tk%2F&http=1.1
i found the spam links in my blog. but i can’t track them.
i disabled all plugins & changed theme & also searched in the database still can’t remove them
i need help to do that so please someone tell me what to do to clean my website. this is very urgent :
