    I need to contact the customer support center of flyzoo.co, because I can’t access my email. therefore I can’t log in to set up my chat plugin and I cant pay subscription fees for renewal. please contact me I send 5 more emails to [email protected] in the last days but still not replay any email.

    if they will don’t replay to me untill end of 14days free period. my account will disabled? what i have to do? I can’t request again this chat for my website? Any one know to remove registered domain form their system? If i can remove my website domain i can create new account with working email.

    We’ve just moved our support team over to a new platform to try to rid any potential of these experiences moving forward.

    I’m deeply sorry you and others have had this experience.

    Guys… don’t buy flyzoo chat. It may look great, but support is dead. I first contact them at 2th Februar 2021 and I have an urgent issue so chat plugin is not working well for me. But nada… no reply I tried contact them here and on their support-page.

    I bought 2 PRO Licenses but now I know this was a huge mistake!

    Hi Floh79,

    I can see your initial support request from 2/6 was responded to within 10 minutes of receipt from our support queue and we never heard anything back.

    Your next correspondence was 2.5 days ago and was addressed within 48 hours. Our ticket queue is volume based and unfortunately can lead to a 1-2 day delay as is stated in our automatic response.

    In any case, we sent you a response earlier that included where to find the shortcode needed for your site.
