I need to find the server by which to fix my website

  • So a few weeks ago my business partner tried to install a new plugin to our website and because it was an old theme the site crashed. The domain is on Go Daddy but the site is hosted elsewhere. In order to get into the SFTP, I need to find the server it’s in and Go Daddy can’t seem to help me because obviously it’s not a wordpress.com site. I’ve done several searches and found information but I need to know what to do the information in order to be able to get into the information so that I can take out the plugins and be able to restore the site.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately only Hosting can help you with this i.e. Godaddy if you only have their information. May be we can find something based on the Nameservers and A records on where there site is hosted. If domain is with godaddy they might have used the A records.
