    Hi All,

    I need to move my wordpress files to a new sub-directory which the files that was installed to the public_html root directory. Can it be done and how? Will the move will result in all the post and configuration and data lost?

    The reason for the move is i want to install the oscommerce estore to the domain. It seems that the wp rewrite scrpit is conflicting to that. In order to solve that, i need to installed or move the whole wordpress files to the sub-dirct as advice by my hosting company.

    Want worry me is that the lost of data!!

    Do we need to modify the wp-config.php file and which line of coding to modify.

    Can all the wordpress gurus help me.

    Moving WordPress is there for you.

    Should NOT need to change wp-config.php for that.

    Uou mean i just move the files from the root to the sub-dir will do. No modification done on the wp-config php file.

    I have a big problems now, after follwing the instructions, this message came out.
