I need to select all users please

    Hi their,
    Thanks for your great plugin, it is doing the task I need exactly but I have 2 issues need to know how can I solve it please:
    1- I need to select all users at once (since it is offers site and I have thousands of customers)
    2- I need to change “read more” label to some thing like “Registered Only” because “read more” appears usual to customers and not attention them to register

    With respect to the first point, we will try to do it (but we have not much time so it may take some time).

    The second one is not part of this plugin.
