    Hello, I’ve been using FORMINATOR on my website for over two years.

    We use it for two things.

    1. a standard contact form
    2. A slightly longer quote request form.

    Since 9 September, everything has been working properly except for sending and receiving copies by email.

    Let me explain, for the quote form, we have a connection with one of our TRELLO tables. When a customer completes the form, the page reloads with the usual thank you message and the form has been validated.

    We do receive the request via TRELLO, but neither the customer nor we receive an email copy of the contact request.

    I can’t work out where the bug is coming from, as apparently the forms do receive the information and we get everything via TRELLO.

    All this worked well for two years and suddenly the emails don’t work any more.

    Have you ever encountered this kind of problem?

    Do you have any idea how to solve it?

    Hi @smrtxnoham,

    I hope this message finds you well and sorry to know that you are experiencing this issue.

    Forminator uses the default WordPress function ‘wp_mail’ to send notification emails. If general WordPress emails, such as password reset emails, are working properly, Forminator notifications should also work. Could you please try resetting the password and confirm if you received the email?

    Additionally, can you please try using an Email Log plugin and check if there are any errors reported for Formiantor notification emails?
