I no longer receive order notification emails

  • Hi, I no longer receive order notification emails.

    I’m on WordPress 5.5.1 and I use WooCommerce 4.5.2.

    At first I thought it was a problem with the server (since we migrated to a vps) but I’m getting good messages from the contact form.

    The fields in WooCommerces > Settings > Emails are well filled. When I test the email sending on an order I receive nothing.

    If someone can help me, thank you.

    Hi @viccvanco did you configured SMTP settings..? because if SMTP is configured mail will be sent without any issue.

    you can get the free SMTP plugin to configure.

    Hello,

    I installed WP Mail SMTP, and I tested sending email from the test e-mail menu of this plugin, it works. However, when I try to test the email sending for a new order, I receive nothing… (in WooCommerces > Settings > Emails > Preview Email > Send test email)
