I/O error exceeded

    For some months, I can not make copies with the DUPLICATOR plugin because the server returns a canceled process error. What I see is that when the plugin is performing the compression of the files, the I/O reaches the 1MB limit and the server is continued for the processes. The technical support asks me to change the hosting plan. There is some solution for this problem other than going through the change of hosting plan?.
