I only see a white block

    Hi,

    I installed the free plugin, and inserted a hashtag. On the preview page it shows only a white block, no content. What do I do wrong? When you fill in a hashtag it should show all posts with that hash right? Not only the ones you posted on your own account?

    Hi @ireneirene,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Yes, it should show all hashtags not just those of your account.

    When creating the feed, please choose Top not Recent (recent shows only the posts from last 24 hours).

    If you have chosen Top, then please publish the feed and check again.

    If again it’ll show a blank page, then please try to add another popular hashtag and check again.

    If no luck, then please send us the feed page URL to check the issue.

    Thanks, that worked!

    I have another question, I cannot find this on your website: I would like to show the posts the way you see them when you manually include a post, with likes, tags etc (like on this website https://www.wvjl2019.nl/)
    Is that possible with the settings you offer in the paid version?
