I paid the license and there′s no support

This is the support forum ONLY for the free version. We released today the new version of IWM with the fix.
Please DO NOT INSERT ANY THREAD/REVIEWS ABOUT THE PAID VERSION.

The right places for complains about IWM are our socials.

@itro You sell your paid version on your plugin page. That means you made reviews about the paid version 100% valid here. If you do not want to deal with negative reviews then I suggest that you remove your plugin from the WordPress repository.

I encourage anyone who has any experience related to your plugin, both positive and negative, to feel free to post a review here.

I’m an actual moderator in these forums. I’m not perfect and I do make mistakes but this is not one of those times.

That very correct reply can be summarized as follows: You (the plugin author) cannot support your customers in these free forums. Cannot. It is not allowed.

That part is not for discussion, if you have a customer and you support your paid customer in these forums then you (the plugin author) run a real risk if having your plugin removed from the WordPress repository on this site if you send them here for support.

I am not part of the plugins team but you can ask them yourselves if you choose via plugins [at] www.ads-software.com and I am sure they’ll explain it to you.

Now about this review. As I explained above, you are using your plugin to sell your “pro” plugin. When you do that, you make this and other reviews legitimate. This review isn’t about support, it is about a user experience with your plugin.

If you do not like that outcome then please consider removing your plugin from the WordPress repository. The plugin team can assist you with that via the email I posted.

in other topics Esmi moderator blocked topics that were about the paid version, so we thought that every kind of topic for paid version are banned.
Reviewing our paid version here (except for this, obviously) is a good ads for us but we want to respect WP rules.
Unlike other authors, with our free ITRO Popup we are not providing an half-working plugin full of ads in full respect of the point 5 of guidelines.
However if you say that users can review both free and paid plugins we are glad to accept this rule!
It mean the we misunderstood the right usage of review section, so thank you for your information! ??

Sorry but I didn′t see the answer so far. I ′ve felt so surprise that a plugin author doesn′t want to see a negative review over here.

To end this thread I would like to add that after months my problems have never fixed and the support is a piece of shit, so I feel ripped-off. Now I′m looking for other plugin more profesional with a better support.
