    I tried reaching out to you through your support page, but it’s not allowing me to send you a help ticket, even though I’m an annual and ongoing plugin customer! What the heck?!

    I have glitches in my loyalty point accumulation. i have 1 to 1 set for points with a breakpoint of 200 to get 100 extra points

    But I have a customer Order #799644 who ordered subtotal: $279.96

    which should have been 279 points + 100 extra
    but she got

    Activity Points
    Purchasing products 279
    Spending over a certain amount 100
    Spending over a certain amount 100
    Spending over a certain amount 100
    Total 579!!!!

    It’s multiplying the breakpoint extra points. And this isn’t the only order that this has happened to

    subtotal: $210.97
    should be 210 + 100 extra but she got

    Total 416!!

    No when I hit submit it clears the form making me start over, but doesn’t show any confirmation the ticket was submitted. I retried many times, and tried in incognito mode but it still just clears the form and makes me start over. That’s why I had to post here cause I couldn’t find your support email. I just forwarded my request to you to the support email. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
