I tried reaching out to you through your support page, but it’s not allowing me to send you a help ticket, even though I’m an annual and ongoing plugin customer! What the heck?!
I have glitches in my loyalty point accumulation. i have 1 to 1 set for points with a breakpoint of 200 to get 100 extra points
But I have a customer Order #799644 who ordered subtotal: $279.96
which should have been 279 points + 100 extra
but she gotActivity Points

Total 579!!!!It’s multiplying the breakpoint extra points. And this isn’t the only order that this has happened to
