I receive duplicate emails from the same user

    Hello, for a week, when a user fill out a form, I receiv this request in several copies. This problem happens on several of my forms.

    I reverted to the previous version of Contact Form 7 but there are still these duplicates.
    I am on WordPress version 5.6.2 and I am using Contact Form 7 version 5.3.2.

    Has this problem happened to anyone else? I can’t find a solution.

    Is this definitely version 5.3.2? The new version 5.4 has this issue and was released 1 week ago. When using AJAX, no success or error message shows, but the message is sent. So end users keep clicking the button thinking the message is not sent, and that sends it multiple times. If it really is 5.3.2 then it maybe some other issue, but its a coincidence it started when 5.4 was released.

    Indeed, I had no problem before upgrading to version 5.4 last week. But I rollbacked to version 5.3.2 yesterday, but the problem is still present.
