I recommend

Coming from Q-translate, which is not maintained any longer, I tried to use WPML and polylang, but both were to heavy and complicated. TranslatePress is a good tool, very dynamic and easy to use.
Difficult sometimes when you have italics or bolds, which explains why I tend to avoid these now in my texts…
