I redo my website and install WordPress with a web hosting service. I took the wp-config.php from my old database and put it in my newly install wordpress and install it into my new website. I have no problem viewing my old blog from the dashboard but when I click on the “visit site” button on the top left and cannot visit my site.

What do I have to do to let me view my blog?

    Thank you in advance.

    Alan

Perhaps this might help someone. I try to install the new wordpress under the wp-admin/install.php and the message said “Already installed”
You appear to have already installed WordPress. To reinstall please clear your old database tables first. How do I do that?

I think you would need to use something like PHPmyAdmin to get rid of the tables that were created the original time. On another note I know my host has an option built right into the customer interface that lets you delete previously made databases.

    Thanks Rinse.

Found PHPmy Admin on my host and delete the tables in my database.
