I screwed up

    I had a mu setup and i accidentally nuked hte files on the webserver(the backup script i made bombed so no backup of those files) I reuploaded them and now i get the following in the tools-network area:
    Warning: An existing WordPress network was detected.

    How do i re-enable the previous network?
