I screwed up, Upgraded & now having problems

I upgraded today to wordpress 3.5.1 & also upgraded my yoast Seo plugin to 1.44. Now the plugin doesn’t work and after I published a new post I got a 404 saying that the post didn’t exist. It shows up on my homepage with the picture and snippet, but the link doesn’t work. I double checked my permalinks and it was fine.

I don’t know if I should downgrade to previous versions or what. I would think with such a popular plugin, others might be having problems with this as well. My site is https://www.vtext.mobi, but i’ve deleted the bad post.
