    hello, when I download pdfs from ios phones, it gives me html output, I see complex codes, it does not automatically convert to pdf version, is there a way to solve this problem?

    Hi @niyht,

    Could you please check if you have disabled the Output to HTML option, under WooCommerce?> PDF?Invoice?> Status tab?

    I’ve tried everything in settings, including this one, but none of them worked.

    Just to clarify, do you mean that this setting is indeed disabled/unchecked? If so, did you try to open the invoice in a different web browser, e.g. Chrome or Firefox, to see how it behaves?

    I tried chrome, firefox, safari with all kinds of browsers, but unfortunately it did not work. When I want to download pdf from the wcfm store vendor panel, it gives me the raw html code on ios devices.

    Thanks for mentioning that. Unfortunately, although we’re aware that several users work with our plugin in combination with WCFM, we don’t officially support that plugin, since they override several parts of our documents, and based on your messages, it seems that also the way the invoice URL is generated.

    Please contact them directly in their support forum, asking the same question you did here, but specifying that you’re referring to the store vendor panel:
