i see menu in backend also for subscriber

but is an empty menu!
fixed, atm, with:

public function admin_menus() {
		if ( current_user_can( 'edit_published_posts' ) )

(yes, ill change permission to: edit_published_posts).

i want try to set, if no update from author: “all (valid user, also subscriber) can send quotes, and only admin/author can edit-delete-approve etc…”.

i think a setting/permission config can be a best way ??
