I See Product count while category is empty

    Dear Support,

    When i see at the product category at front-end it says there are not products in the category but at the same time, at the back-end of of the woocommerce, I see 1 or 2 as product count in category. When I clicked on the count, it takes me to product page with zero products.

    I have opted for hide category if empty still I can see empty categories at front-end.

    Can you please suggest the solution?

    Hello,

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

      • If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
