I see some, but not all of my Castos podcasts

    Short version: I have 3 podcasts on my Castos dashboard: A, B, and C. But in the SSP Feed Details tab, in the Hosting tab, and in the Podcasts sidebar, I only see Podcast A and Podcast B. Is there a setting in Castos or SSD that would hide/show a podcast?

    I’ve spent hours combing through the documentation and forums looking for an answer. If the answer was already posted, I’ll venmo drinking money to the first person who links me to it. ??

    Do you see 3 or 2 podcasts on the Podcasting -> All Podcasts page?

    The potential confusion might arise because technically, the Default SSP podcast is not linked to the Podcast taxonomy. It contains all the episodes that don’t belong to any specific Podcast term.

    We’re going to change it in future versions, but currently, it works this way for historical reasons and to support backward compatibility.

    I only see Podcast C in the Podcasts->All Podcasts list.

    In the Settings, Podcast A is listed as “Default feed” in the Feed Details tab, and as “Default Podcast” in the Hosting tab.

    And, if this helps, I ran:

    curl https://app.castos.com/api/v2/podcasts/token=#my api key#

    And I see all three podcasts in the json.

    What about the Podcast B? Do you mean you can’t see it there?

    Could you make screenshots of Podcasting -> All Podcasts and Feed settings pages? Or, as variant, write to Castos customers support, so we could take a closer look at it?

    In the Postcasting -> All Podcasts, I see one podcast, Podcast C.

    The other podcasts from my Castos dashboard as not listed.

    I’d rather not post screenshots of the admin dashboard to a public forum, so I’ll contact Castos support to see if we can find out what’s going wrong.

    Yes! Thank you for all your help. The thing I didn’t know (that explains everything) is that SSP can only manage podcasts created in SSP; it does not import podcasts from Castos. The Castos people were able to reconnect Podcast B to our SSP.
