I somehow cannot load the customer panel?

    Hi, I have problem with accessing the customer support panel as a customer. It might be because my website has not yet been hosted but I wanted to test it out on localhost first.

  • Hi Nrlzzt,

    You can test the plugin on the local server. To access the customer portal please make sure the user is logged in and the user isn’t a support staff. If everything is right and still you can’t go to the customer portal then please open a ticket here, it’s our support system you will get replies faster.
