I still get a lot spam form submit

  • Here is my code on contact form 7 , and I set 6 seconds for time check

    [quiz quiz-1 “Please solve this simple math question: 3+4=?|7”]

    [submit “Submit”]

    Thank you for sharing your form details. Your setup seems solid, with the quiz question, reCAPTCHA, and honeypot field, all of which are effective anti-spam measures.

    However, I recommend increasing the time delay between form load and submission. A 6-second delay may still be too short to deter more advanced spam bots. Increasing the delay to 10-15 seconds should help reduce spam submissions.
