Hello Tobias. I have appreciated and donated to your cause for several years. What I am about to say is for supportive constructive critique and not meant as a bash BUT…

I just upgraded to the Pro Version.

First, please set the support link to a “new window” as I am wasting time trying to figure out “how to find a support ticket link”

Next, I cannot find a support form. Please make it more obivious to an ole guy like me on ADHD on seroids.

Oops! there we go.. forgot what I was attempting to accomplish or ask. lol

OH, I remember now, I purchased the Pro Version, inserted the licensed and all was good. Then, site had issues and I had to install a backup. A Backup that did not include the Pro License.

So, finally, here is the question, where do I install the license now.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @lonewolf95665,

thanks for using TablePress and for getting in touch with valuable feedback, I really appreciate it!

Could you please guide me, which particular “support link” you would like to have opened in a “new window”? Can you maybe send me a screenshot of that (you can create one by pressing “Print” on the keyboard on Windows, or Cmd+Shift+3 on a Mac, and then upload it to a service like https://imgur.com/ and post the link here)?

Note that, right now, there’s no direct support “form” or “ticket system” yet, as I’m still working on that. Instead (or actually, as a benefit) Pro and Max users are eligible to priority email support. The email address for that can be found on the “About” screen or the “Help” tab of TablePress (for users with a Premium license).

As for now re-entering the license: Please install TablePress Pro again, from the download link that you should have received by email. Then, after installing it, if you are not directly asked for a license key, please go to the “Plugins” screen of WordPress, scroll down to “TablePress (Premium)” and use the “Activate license” link below that.

If that does not yet fix this, please let me know!

    Best wishes,
    Tobias
