Was okay, now….
-
This is the third edit of my first review. My review has went from 1 start to 5 and now back down to 3. Lately, all I ever do is argue with the system about “valid shipping providers” or some other thing that was working before. I check the settings repeatedly – today I’ve been at it since early this morning – and nothing fixes it. More and more I am having to go to ebay and list things manually by hand. I was close to purchasing this thing. No. Forget it.

This is a re-edit of my first review. This is for the Lite version of the program. Now that I’ve finally had a sale on ebay I was able to see if the workflow worked properly.
At first I was having problems but the team contacted me very quickly to resolve things. All was working in short time, so points for that.
Once I was able to get a good workflow on, the system synced with ebay very quickly. It really helped because I had a lot of items, and I needed a way to get all of it together. I was done in half the time, and all looked good.
I made a few sales from my website, and the system synced very quickly with ebay to make sure stock amounts were consistent, which is what I got the plugin for.
However, because I have the lite version, when I made a sale on ebay I did not get a return favor. I had to manually update the stock myself. Apparently return syncing is available with the paid plugin.
But the paid plugin is $150 a year, and I don’t make enough money to justify that. That’s more than I normally see in a month, so it’s out of the question. Should my finances change, I’d consider the plugin full on. And I’m grateful they’re offering a free version, because I really need it.
Perhaps in the future they can offer a medium-grade version that’s between this one and the next level with the return syncing option but at a more affordable price. I’d definitely look into getting it.
Here’s hoping they make a plugin like this for discogs, as I do a lot of CD sales.
