ok as the video show. the part of the chat i had with facebook. because woocommerce facebook app does not offer checkout through facebook the app does not work to upload products to facebook any longer.

Following Meta’s announcement to discontinue ‘Checkout on another website’ support for US merchants and only allow ‘Checkout on Facebook & Instagram’ within this region, the plugin cannot be utilized by US merchants to create Facebook/Instagram Shops until further notice.

Nevertheless, US merchants can continue utilizing the plugin for Facebook Ads to promote their product catalogs across Facebook platforms.
So while the checkout won’t work (if you are in the US) you should still be able to show your products.

Can you please confirm if you followed the instructions here to set up the plugin?

i want is to have my customers to be able to buy my products directly on instagram.. I had sold a lot then last year until my facebook got hacked.. took me 6 months and my state Attorney General to get involved to get it back.. now it took a while to get everything working and back together.. now (even thought i had checkout by facebook working) I cant tag products from instagram shop to the images on instagram because the systems see the connection with woocommerce.. I am very very small business i am not out to make millions but I do want to be able to pay my bills and have a little extra money. i have deactivated the plug in.. and trying an upload feed.. and hoping you all are working on this so I can reactive. I like using the facebook checkout because it helps with people feel more save with all the scammers out there.

As I explained in the last message, this is not possible anymore, because of this Meta decision.

As I understand, at the moment, you are not even able to show the products on Instagram, correct? And this should be possible.
Do you want help in figuring out what is going on so you can show the products there, or do you only want to show the products if people are able to purchase it there?
