I Think I Broke Customizer

  • Using the Appointment theme, I was adding some custom code to the copyright section of the footer. I believe I left in some comment HTML (this: <!– –>) and in doing so I may have left some in there that wasn’t closed. Now I cannot load the customizer for the website.

    Is there a way for me to undo this? I have access to the database and know enough about how to navigate and make small adjustments in there to hopefully resolve that. I just don’t know where to look or if that is the right thing to do.

    Actually scratch this! I found the entry in the database, then made the correction. It was just as I had feared: I had an unclosed comment.
