Hi everyone, I have installed Nelio Content and configured it to post my blog articles on my Face Book page, on Linkedin and on Google My Business.
I don’t think I did anything wrong but in none of the 3 are articles from my site automatically posted.
Thanks for your attention and best regards.

Ciao, Fabio. Did you enable social automations for those profiles?

Hi David, I think I did everything right, look at this screenshot.

If you look at the posts you’ve recently published (but weren’t shared), do their social timelines contain (unpublished) messages or are they empty?

    It says “Upgrade to premium”.

So I click on “Regenerate Timeline” and tried to share again the post but post didn’t publish yet.

As you may already know, free users can only share one message per network when a post is published. Until recently, free users had to click on the “Customize Timeline” button before the post was published so that a timeline with valid, shareable messages could be generated.

We changed this so that, when a post is published and you didn’t click on the “Customize Timeline” button, our plugin would still generate messages and, in particular, the message(s) I said a free user would be allowed to share when a post is published.

Apparently, though, there was a bug in our system and all messages were marked as “previews” (hence the label “Upgrade to premium”). We’ve now updated our system and things should work as expected in the future. That is, when publishing new content on your blog, our plugin should generate and share at least one message to share it on social media. If it doesn’t, please let me know.

Thanks for helping and your understanding!
