I totally broke my wordpress

    I changed my URL on my wordpress general settings. Both the once you could change. Now i can’t even access my admin panel. I get the following error. Please help!

    404 – File or directory not found.
    The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
