I tried everything and need help (spining wheel)

  • Hi,
    I tried everything I can think of but nothing worked. I tried fbx and obj, with “” and without, with subfolders and without in a paragraph block and in a code block. I always get the spinning wheel. So I don’t know if there is a problem with my files or if something on the server is missing or if the plugin does not work, or…
    Here the code I use for the obj:
    [vrm360 canvas_name=gun model_url=https://www.wening-fotografie.de/downloads/3d/9mm2/9mm.obj aspect_ratio=1.33333 hide_cmds=false]
    Here the code I use for the fbx:
    [vrm360 canvas_name=gun model_url=https://www.wening-fotografie.de/downloads/3d/9mm/9mm.fbx aspect_ratio=1.33333 hide_cmds=false]
    Is there any parameter which will write some log information?

    wher do i get the demo.obj file from or what is the url to this file?

    sorry, found it. No the demo is not working, I tried also the URL to the demo folder inside the plugin. I tried also another 3D plugin which could show the model but the texture is missing. So I guess that on the webserver there is some graphic lib or module missing or something els restrict the plugin from working. Do you have a list of prerequisits the server must have ?

    yes, I use Chrome and I’m able to view the demo with the electronic part (USB port?) correctly. could you see the model if you include the above links? If they wor on your server then it must be something on my server side.

    Hi, same problem since the installation of the newest version.
    In the F12 Developer Tools in Chrome i’ve found this error message:
    Uncaught TypeError: THREE.DDSLoader is not a constructor : inserter.js?ver=5.5.3:358

    Demo.obj does not work as well. I’ve already deleted and reinstall the plugin several times..

    Any ideas?

    I got same problem but demo.obj is working – my model not ?? Link is correct becouse when I put it in browser it start download it.

    I got same problem demo.obj is working, but mine is searching…
