    hi

    I tried to connect with you via email but no response from your side since the beginning of the pro upgrade plan lifetime. so I am putting it here. the + and – icon on the nav menu is still visible if the admin is not logged in.

    Hi @cadentic1982,
    On every email we’ve replied you. You’ve asked supports for other plugins errors/warnings. Which is out of our scope of support.
    We’ve told you few times. Also given screenshots for the problems.

    Purchasing pro doesn’t mean we’ll give support for third party plugins. We, only can give support for our plugin issues.
    We’ve got your email and already replied before you posted this topics. Please check your email.

    Also, you’ve to be patiences for our answer. All time we can’t reply instantly. As human being, time differences and on this pandemic we’ve some limitations too.

    I found no emails from you after the last pro upgrade of your products.
    I created only one nav menu added badges but alas + and – for dropdown, items are visible in live mode too while accessing through another browser. it should not be visible. I never received mail for a screenshot.
