I trusted the Plugin, I hope there is still correction

Yep. New tokens on 2 sites, but no gallery shown, although I’m not seeing any errors on the page. Also, the plugin is still asking for new tokens.

@drica100 the documentation page states that the authors are aware of issues and are working to fix them already, and that accounts should be converted from personal to business. Does this apply to you?

Plugin developers, is a business account mandatory now?

I will check on other sites that I have if there is one with a “commercial profile”, which I think is absurd to have a commercial profile for 1 plugin to work again) … But I believe it is related to the new version, because in all the sites where I made the “mistake” of updating, the tag galleries stopped working!
On this travel site of mine for example, I had 20 galleries with different tags, 1 for each city … and all are in error.

I’m aware and grateful that the developers are working to resolve the issue, but it would be very helpful and respectful if they provided any anticipated solution to the issue,

I changed my instagram profile to Commercial Profile.
I removed the token and insert new
and still gives the same error.
“Unable to get results
(# 100) The parameter user_id is required. “

Thanks for the update. That’s bad news, and still no response from the plugin developers. Hmmm…

This is such a shame. I deleted and added my account again – no change same error. Hope there is a fix soon.

This is a confirmed issue, it is caused by a change from Instagram

It happens with 2.7.2 (using the old API key)
and 2.8.3 (using the new API key).

Having said that, development is very slow fixing this and responding here in the form, but hey, it’s a free plugin.

Yesterday I upgraded my personal Instagram account to Business account
And I just upgraded the latest version of Social Feed Gallery Social Feed Gallery v2.9.0
And it seems to me that to have the hastag-only gallery again in the premium version of the Social Feed Gallery.
Please correct me if it is not true.
I lost all my gallery made with Hastag

I finally got a commercial profile
after
a) transform commercial instagram
B. Create personal facebook profile
?. Add 1 fanpage to this facebook profile
d. go back to instagram, in “profile” after the phone area and enable a button to integrate with facebook
e) go back to WordPress and get a “business” tokem
f) such action leads to logging into the profile, going to the fanpage and giving all permissions.

….After trying 10 or 11 times getting an error, I managed to have a BUSINESS profile for the plugin.
I missed the previous tagged gallery. : (
Decide to make a 1 new gallery with a #hastag to “test it”

Result?
Mistake!!!

@quadlayers The last 3 versions, including 2.9.1, don’t seem to be fixing any API issues. What’s going on?

I have connected my Business account again – and created a new #tag – did not work – no images showed in post.

In order fix the issues with the business tokes please follow next steps

1. Update Social Feed Gallery to 2.9.3
2. Remove business tokens
3. Remove social feed gallery app ->?https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools
4. Create tokens again
5. Clear feeds cache

I did just that!!!
– Updated the Plugin version
– removed the previous authorization on FB
-removed the Plugin “token” on my website WP AND created a new “commercial” token
– gave the due authorization on the FB page (as instructed here), ok.
– The option to create a “new gallery” by #Hastag was enabled, ok.
– created 1 new feed #tag
– I cleared the cache
– I inserted the shortcode on my website and it gave an error.
– I accessed from 2 different devices and got the same error result:
“Unable to get results”
