I uninstalled pro version and did not receive the refund

    If you have a caching plugin like WP Rocket, the pro version is useless. No speed improvement despite the proposed settings.
    Ditto, the “Hide Related Video Youtube” function does not work, I had to go through the free plugin “Hide Related Video Youtube”, which however has not been updated since 2015, to only have my videos at the end reading…

    The seller told me they would send the refund if I uninstall, I uninstalled and did not receive the refund.

    How to do ?

    We recommend using the support email address you have for your concerns. Of note is that you shared your thoughts but still had the plugin installed. Once you claimed to have uninstalled, why not just email us that you have so we could process your refund. Again, please use email, as this is not a topic related to the plugin hosted on www.ads-software.com.

    The plugin has been uninstalled and we have sent you an email on Papayl with even a screenshot of the uninstallation.

    Finally, please remove the plugin license and refund without further delay.
