I update the emails to send order submitted they keep changing back to

    E-Commerce WD In the options area for emails to Administrator and Customer I set flag to when order submitted select apply and when I look back it changes to payment status is completed. Why?

    Please, note that the reason of the issue maybe the conflict between plugins.

    To check this could you please, deactivate all your other plugins, except E-Commerce WD and see whether the problem will still appear?
    If it will not be occurring, please activate plugins one by one and check E-Commerce WD simultaneous, to find which one is causing the issue.

    Thanks that worked. Had another ecommerce plug in activated.
