I Upgraded and Sidebar is Not Functioning. Table Missing

    I upgraded to 2.1.3 from 2.0.5. Since then, I am having difficulties with the blogroll and my sidebar display. The links I had in my upper left corner of my sidebar have been replaced by the following error:

    WordPress database error: [Table ‘htvqkoa_wordpress.get_links_list’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT cat_id, cat_name FROM get_links_list where cat_id <> 4 order by cat_name

    I have tried several things and I am totally at a loss.
