I am very confused about the tags in my website

Hello friends my website https://www.appswoo.com is about iphone wallpapers and themes. I want to manage website content with categories and tags. For example I have two categories Iphone 5 Wallpapers and Iphone 4s Wallpapers. Now I have two posts, one for iphone 5 wallpapers second for Iphone 4s Wallpapers. But both posts have tag “Nature”. Now When a visitor will click on “Nature” tag. Both posts will be shown. If the user is on Iphone 5 category and click on “Nature” tag only posts that are in iphone 5 category should be shown. Is this possible to manage tags according to categories? I need one tag “Nature” for iphone 5 wallpapers category, and the same tag for iphone 4 wallpaper category.
