I wanna change my menu bar color

    Hi this is justin

    I would like to change my menu bar color same as my background color

    But i can’t change it.

    i tried to find out on the google but there are not many information about expound

    theme or maybe i don’t understand anyway so i came here to get some info.

    please help me out to change my menu bar color and especially i wanna change

    effect too when i move my mouse point on the menu bar.
