So, if I understand correctly you uploaded two or more pictures to header and select the Randomize uploaded headers option (https://prnt.sc/jdyms9). Correct?

This option doesnt rotate like a slider the headers. It just select for each page or post a random header. Try to navigate through your site and you will see that the header changes randomly. To be more obvious you have to upload more than two headers.

yea, I did all thing you said.

But as I said, Image only changes while I am logging in my wordpress account.

when I loggout from my wordpress account, image doesn’t change.

I think this is bug or something.

I checked from Chrome Firefox and Explorer and the header changes randomly when you navigate from page to page.

It will be better to open a new topic for “search-box” question.
Nevertheless you can add the following css-code to Customize -> Additional CSS

.site-menu .search-form {
	display:none;
}
