I want a good mailing list plugin??

    hi,
    I got tired from searching for mailing list plugin…
    I want a mailing list plugin provide the next:
    1- a widget to subscribe/dis-scribe the mailing list (or at list an html code for form doing that)…
    2- control panel page to manage emails in the mailing list…
    3- and of course away to build the message and send it…
