We don’t have that relationship with commercial theme vendors. We are in the same position as you.

The lack of support from the vendor is such a shame. I spent ages putting my site together but there are issues with the theme that clearly won’t get looked at again.

Implementing a new theme will be a massive effort thanks to how this one is structured.
