I WANT MY ORDER TO SMS

  • Hi, I use woocomerce bridge with tickera
    i sent the table qr to buyer’s email.
    The cards are in QR form in the body of the email
    How can I send a link to the tickets via SMS?
    I already use my own SMS system (ITS WORK)
    Where do I find the link to the customer’s order?

    Hi there,

    Currently, the only way to send order details URL via SMS is to utilize our Twilio SMS Notifications add-on more about which you can find here.

    If I don’t use twilo’s service
    I have my own local SMS service
    The TICKET_URL shortcuts don’t work for me when I enter them

    For this to work, your local SMS service should have integration with Tickera. However, at the moment, Tickera only supports sending SMS via Twilio service and doesn’t have integration with any other SMS service provider. Also, TICKET_URL placeholder does not exist anywhere in Tickera so I’m not sure where exactly you found this.

    Works with external integration.
