I want refund

I would like a refund for my last subscription. I tried to search according to your instructions at: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-to-request-a-refund/. However, this instruction is outdated and there are no such options as there. I canceled my subscription as soon as the money was deducted. I would like a refund.
