I want the date in published date

So when tweaking a theme I am bound to the limitations of the theme? I thought that with blocks I can change anything.

The folks who wrote the theme can best tell you how to tweak it. I am not familiar with that theme.

Just to add some clarification, WordPress’s Site Editor does allow you to customize almost anything within the limitations of the theme.

There are currently 12,216 themes in the free directory alone, so there’s no way for anyone but the specific theme’s designers and support community to know what those limitations are.
