It’s hard to say from just seeing an image. You can usually tell what plugin is installed by looking at the HTML source code. If you could provide a link instead that would be helpful.

I think that these buttons are not created by a plugin, but rather are part of the video which is embedded from daily motion. At least that’s what I can gather from the HTML source code.
