I want to add a post with an older date

    Is there any way I can add a post to my wordpress blog that appear written before 20 or 30 days so that it does not appear on top of a post I’ve made yesterday?

    you can change the post date when adding or editing a post;

    in the dashboard – posts – edit post page, near the top right in the ‘publish‘ box.
