I want to change wp-role when canceled.

    Hello.
    I Have a Problem.

    When a customer cancels a recurring payment by PayPal etc., I want to make the wp-role of that person only “Subscriber”. What should I do?

    When it expires, it will only be “Subscriber”, but I want to treat it the same when canceling.

    Hello @konoe,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    This should already be happening. The user roles that correspond to the various subscription plans are only granted so long as the membership is active and a cancelled subscription will expire and then no longer be active.
