    @designerkan,

    Email Subscribers has a POT file named email-subscribers.pot present at /wp-content/plugins/email-subscribers/languages/. Use that with Loco Translate plugin and change/update/translate any text that you want. Refer steps from here.

    Also, it is possible that ‘yourname’ string is present twice in POT file. Translate both of them to see correct translation.
