Hi, it is possible, you can add it by adding the code below in your theme functions.php file

is it possible to add currency switcher in price field?

also I want to know that if I want to add png image in each category instead of icon.can I add png and remove icon code ?

1. the currency switcher is not really possible as right now WPAdverts support one currency per site only.

2. the extension Category Icons https://wpadverts.com/extensions/wpadverts-category-icons/ will allow you selecting custom icons for the categories.
