    Hello.

In the order email below for shipping costs.
Is it possible to display shipping details separately for each shipping class?
Please let me know how to do this.

    ?admin-new-order.php
    ?customer-on-hold-order.php

  • Hi there @taku0407!

As I understand you are applying shopping costs to your users as per the shipping class, and want to display the applied shipping details differently as per the shipping class.

If I understood your requirement correctly; then, please note, generally, if a template requires modification, you need a developer to make to change this for you. But, we are not sure what shipping details you’re referring to. If you could provide us some more information about your requirement; it’ll give us a better idea of your setup and we can guide better.

Also, it will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Hi @taku0407

Thanks for providing more context to your inquiry here.

I understand that you want to include the Product Shipping Classes rates in the Order Confirmation Email.

This would require either a third-party plugin or a custom code to achieve this since you would be altering the behavior of the default templates of Woo.

I did some research and found this article could be a good starting point:
    https://stackoverflow.com/questions/54258286/add-shipping-class-under-items-in-new-order-email-in-woocommerce

Meanwhile, these forums are meant for general support with the core functionality of WooCommerce itself. What you want to achieve is a bit complex and would require customization to do it. Since custom coding is outside our scope of support, I am leaving this thread open for a bit to see if anyone can chime in to help you out.

For questions related to development and custom coding, your best bet is to ask on any of these channels for support. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, too.

    Hi @xue28

    Thank you for your guidance.

With the above method, I was able to add the “Shipping Class Name” to the new order email.

But what I want to do is add the shipping class amount.
Thank you in advance for your help.`

    Hi,

Kindly note that development topics are out of scope of support in this forum. However, I found an article on the web related to get the shipping cost:

Get shipping class name and shipping cost for product in WooCommerce.

    I hope this helps.
